How do I purchase?
After adding products to your cart, the page will guide you step by step. You’ll be asked to provide some basic contact details, used only to register your order and deliver your physical or digital items.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely through PayPal, a trusted international platform with a long-standing reputation.
If you have a PayPal account, you can use it directly. If not, PayPal also allows you to enter your card details as a guest — no account required.

I’m in Brazil and want to pay in Brazilian reais (R$)
In the description of each product in Portuguese, you’ll find a link that takes you directly to that product on the Kiwify platform, where you can make your payment in BRL (R$) using either a credit card or PIX.

Or, if you prefer to stay on this website, once you reach the payment screen, you can select the option to request the PIX key.

When will I receive my order?
For digital products, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the download link as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

For physical products, delivery times may vary depending on your location. We’ll contact you to coordinate delivery once your order is received. If you prefer, you can reach out before completing your purchase.

Can I return my purchase?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns once the purchase has been completed. Please review all details carefully before placing your order.
For physical products, you have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for exchanges or returns.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Once inspected, we’ll proceed with the exchange or refund as appropriate.

Return Policy

Our digital products are non-refundable once purchased, as access to the content is delivered immediately.
For physical products, refunds or exchanges will only be processed if the item presents a production defect.
